ADULT GROUP FITNESS and MISSION KO KICKBOXING:
$75/MONTH or $110/10 VISITS
MON/TUES/THUR/FRI - 6am–7am and 8am–9am

STRENGTH CONDITIONING - Mon. / Wed.
VERTICAL EXPLOSION - Tuesdays

*CLASS REQUIREMNT - MUST TAKE (1) ASSESSMENT CLASS PRIOR TO ABOVE TRAINING PROGRAMS
1ST AND 3RD SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH -$50 - 6PM–8PM

4 WEEK PROGRAM
$900 / team ... price includes assessment - 3 days per week

I hope you are all having a great week besides this strange weather. I
just wanted to send you all a quick message to let you know about a
few things that we have going on the next two weekends. We are excited
to be launching the following group fitness classes:
This is a 45 minute, body weight, cross training class.
This class will involve every aspect of training and is a great class
for anyone looking for something other than traditional cross training
This is a 45 min, full on cross training class including all types of
weight training. We have equipped our space with state of the art
equipment such as our new squat racks, pull up rigs, climbing ropes
and Olympic lifting area to name a few.
This is a 45 min, true cardio kickboxing class. The focus of this
class is to use kickboxing as a tool for exercise. The main goal of
this class is to get you moving and working multiple muscle groups in
a fun and different way. We have state of the art bags and flooring
which just makes you more comfortable as you train.
On The Ball
This is a 30 min, core/stability class. We will use stability balls to
activate all muscle groups. This class may look easy from the outside,
but you will quickly find that this is a class for those serious about
strengthening their bodies in a low impact way. There will be no
pounding on your joints but there will be plenty of sweating during
This is a 30 min, active yoga class that involves movement within the
poses. This class revolves around movement within yoga poses. We will
use the actual yoga poses as a burn out set at the end of our movement
fazes. In this class you will work on flexibility and strength, as
well as completely working on your core strength.
The goal for us is to give you the option to try each of these classes
without having to make the commitment right away. We value your
feedback and want to give you the most options and widest variety to
reach your fitness goals!
